HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!

So we had a great Halloween!! We started off by going to our church Halloween party also known as trunk or treat. They always do a chili cook off and a costume parade where they award prizes. I am proud to say that Abby won one of the awards this year. Thanks to my amazing mom for doing such an awesome job making Abby's costume again this year! You truly are the best and I love you!! I always find it amusing when people ask about her hair. They wanted to know if it was her real hair. The curls yes.....the red color no. She did think it was rather cool taking a pink bath when we were washing that red color out. I decided to have a little more fun this year and dress up too. I also got a couple funny comments which included, "You make the perfect flower child." and "Your hair is just perfect for that costume." Yes I know that is part of the reason I picked the hippie costume this year. I just seemed to fit the part. ; ) We also went out trick or treating around our neighborhood. Abby had a blast!! In fact she didn't want to quit and come home. At the beginning we were trying to get down the what do you say, Trick or Treat. So we go to one house and they open the door and I said, "What do you say" and her reply was, "HI". It was really funny as we left one house she told me, "Oh no I forgot to say goodbye." So I told her to make sure and say it at the next house. So we go to the next house and get through the trick or treat and Happy Halloween and then she says, "Bye Bye, I love you." I bust up laughing. The lady was very kind and told her she loved her too. Of course she loves all these people who are giving her candy. LOL!

Red Hair!

Darn a little blurry....I really need a new camera!

Cute smile!!

Too many really cute ones I couldn't decide which ones to share so I just put a bunch. I hope you are enjoying them and not feeling overloaded with the same stuff!

One of my better ideas. She got to ride in the stroller to go around trick or treating. Otherwise I am sure I would have ended up packing her around. Plus if she was walking we would probably only get a couple houses. Your just slower when your legs are so short. ; )

Trying to reach the doorbell

Yeah she made out with a ton of candy!! I was thinking I should take some of it to work to share.
